[Ulsan = Global News Agency] The Ulsan Information Industry Promotion Agency awarded the selection plaques to five companies selected for the 2021 global ICT promising company development project at the situation room of Ulsan City Hall on the 2nd.

About 15 people attended the ceremony, including Ulsan Mayor Song Chul-ho, Ulsan Information Industry Promotion Agency Director Koo Ja-rok, Director of Innovation Industry Bureau, and representatives of selected companies.

The global ICT promising company development project is a system that discovers small and medium-sized companies in Ulsan with technological competitiveness in the ICT field and fosters them as global ICT strong companies representing Ulsan.

It was first implemented in 2004, and so far this year, it has provided funds to a total of 60 companies to revitalize management for marketing, promotion, consulting, certification prototype production, and facility and equipment development.

The newly selected companies will receive 30 million won and the two re-elected companies will receive 15 million won in management revitalization funds.

MIT (CEO Min Byung-soo), newly selected, is a company specializing in building an intelligent smart factory and developing XR-based solutions, boasting technology that can provide one-stop SW solutions, and has laid the foundation for overseas expansion such as Vietnam & middot. 

Min Byung-soo said, "As smart factories are becoming more sophisticated and a sensitization society is approaching, providing XR-based virtualization solutions and smart factory one-stop solutions will be more important than anything else for a complete smart factory implementation” said the acceptance speech.

Ulsan Mayor Song Cheol-ho said, "The global ICT promising company development project is Ulsan's representative ICT company support project, which gives selected companies tangible and intangible benefits such as financial support for management revitalization and improvement of corporate credibility"We will continue to support companies with superior technology and growth potential to become global companies.""It's been revealed.
